Delcon has built a proven track record executing technically demanding pipe jacking (900mm–2800mm), horizontal directional drilling (HDD), HDPE butt-welding, and general civil infrastructure projects across South Africa. Our clients include national and provincial government departments, major construction joint ventures, and private sector contractors operating under ASAQS and GCC conditions of contract.
